Port Moresby Technical College has well Trained Experience teaching Staff with Diploma and Degree in each of the respective trade areas. They are well trained and qualified teachers who can manage and work accordingly on their respective schedules and work together for the betterment and growth of the students.
POMTECH Staff consisted of people from diverse culture and rich historical backgrounds in multi-sense in terms of Education, Work Experiences and Life as a whole. They contribute one way or the other in the “posture and grooming” of their students in their respective Trade Courses. The Staff of Port Moresby Technical College is made up of The Principle, Two Deputy Principles, Heads of Departments, Instructors, Lecturers and the Ancillary staff members. The staff members do not only help students grow mentally, they also help them develop physically, psychologically and spiritually to face challenges outside in the real world.
The staff members are specialized professionals who are well skilled and equipped with rich knowledge that are supplementary for students’ growth. The reflection of such skills and knowledge are exposed by the students during their On-The-Job-Training where most students tend to gain excellent remarks and results from their OJT Supervisors. The best results from students derives from how best their teachers/lecturers/instructors’ decode learning steps and processes in stages that are absorbent and user-friendly.
