The Maintenance Fitting and Machining course will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge to make and repair parts, machines and tools. You will learn skills in using tools, measuring and calculating, drawing and interpreting sketches and technical drawings, mechanical cutting and machining.
You will also learn about maths, safety in the work place, effective communication and quality control. You will also practice the skills you have learned in workshop environment and undertake a supervised work placement.
